Dawn Woodward

Dawn Woodward is Managing Director of AGD Systems and Finance Director for The Traffic Group, appointed in 2024 following a long and successful career within the business spanning more than two decades. Having joined AGD Systems in 2002, Dawn progressed through a series of finance roles, ultimately serving as Finance Director, where she played a key role in shaping the company’s financial strength and strategic direction.

As Managing Director, Dawn brings a commercially led and financially astute approach to leadership, combining deep organisational knowledge with a clear focus on sustainable growth. She has been instrumental in delivering solid and consistent business performance, with a strong emphasis on protecting profit margins to enable continued reinvestment and drive innovation across the company’s product portfolio.
